Application form and guidelines

To complete your application, you must include all the following documents:  

  • application form and signed declaration  
  • budgetcostings  
  • supporting quotes or estimates for goods and services  
  • evidence of intention to stand as a candidate.  

Please read the Application guidelines which contain all the information you need to complete your application form.  

Online applications 

We are not taking online applications currently. You can apply to the Fund by filling out a Word or PDF version of the application form, available below. Please post or email them back to us and ensure you include the other documents required.

Budget form and guidelines
