Registration of Thrive New Zealand logo
The Electoral Commission considered an application made under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 for the registration of a party logo by Thrive New Zealand as shown below:
On 28 August 2013, the Electoral Commission resolved to register the party’s logo in accordance with section 67A of the Electoral Act 1993.
