Registration of substitute party logo for Focus NZ
At its meeting on 26 March 2013 the Electoral Commission considered an application made under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 for the registration of a party logo by Focus NZ (previously NZ Rural) as shown below:
The Electoral Commission resolved to register the party’s substitute logo in accordance with section 69A of the Electoral Act 1993. The register will be updated accordingly.
