Registration of Conservative Party logo
At its meeting on 23 September 2011 the Electoral Commission considered an application made under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 for the registration of a party logo by the Conservative Party of New Zealand as shown below:
The Electoral Commission resolved to register the party’s logo in accordance with section 67A of the Electoral Act 1993.
