Registration of substitute political party logo
At its meeting on 24 August 2010 the Electoral Commission considered an application made under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 to register the following political party substitute logo:
Applicant: Nick Kearney, Party Secretary, ACT New
The Electoral Commission determined that the substitute logo be registered in accordance with section 67A of the Electoral Act 1993. The register will be updated accordingly.
