Cancellation of registration of political party and logo

Pursuant to part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 25 August 2010 to cancel the registration of the following political party and logo at the party’s request:

Party: NEW ZEALAND PACIFIC PARTY
Applicant: Darren Jones, Party Secretary

The register will be updated accordingly.
