Cancellation of Registration of Party
Pursuant to Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 30 June 2009 to cancel the registration of Direct Democracy Party at the party’s request.
Pursuant to Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 30 June 2009 to cancel the registration of The Republic of New Zealand Party at the party’s request.
