New list MP for Act party
Kenneth Xiaoxuan WANG was declared by the Chief Electoral Officer, David Henry, to be elected a member of Parliament with effect from 22 November 2004 (the date of publication in the Gazette). Mr WANG was elected from the party list of the ACT New Zealand Party and replaces Donna Awatere Huata.
