Didn't get your EasyVote pack? You need to enrol now
If you didn’t get an EasyVote pack in the mail last week, you need to check your enrolment now as you may not be enrolled.
“To vote in this weekend’s general election, you must enrol now,” says Murray Wicks, National Manager, Enrolment Services. “If you didn’t get your EasyVote pack, check and enrol now. You can’t enrol on election day.”
Enrolment closes this Friday, the day before election day.
“If you’re not enrolled yet, do it now,” says Mr Wicks. “It’s the only way to make sure your voice is heard and your vote counted on election day.”
Enrolling is easy: to get an enrolment form Freetext your name and address to 3676, go to www.elections.org.nz, visit any PostShop or call 0800 36 76 56.
