DemocracyNZ no longer registered
The registration of DemocracyNZ and its logo has been cancelled at the party’s request.
The Electoral Commission determined to cancel the registration on 15 February 2024 under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993.
The Register of Political Parties will be updated accordingly.
