Nelson recount complete
The recount of votes for the Nelson electorate has been completed and the winning candidate has been confirmed as Rachel Boyack from the Labour Party.
The recount was led by a District Court Judge and the decision is available on the District Court website
The recount has resulted in minor variations in numbers, but no overall difference to the outcome. The amended figures will be published by notice in the Gazette.
Judicial recounts for the Tāmaki Makaurau and Mt Albert electorates will start on Monday 13 November.
The election results website will be updated when all recounts are complete.
