This role is responsible for providing timely, efficient, and quality support to the Enrolment Processing and Community Engagement teams, and members of the public who make enrolment related enquiries directly to the Electoral Commission, or that are escalated to the Commission from its call centre provider.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship management skills and ability to work in a team
  • High level of computer skills in packages beyond MS Word
  • High level of flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Problem analysis skills and good judgement

Your Background:

You will have a customer focus background and enjoy working in a fast-paced busy environment. Enjoy working in a team and can prioritise you work. Comfortable talking with customers over the phone.
