About the role

The Operations Support Assistant provides efficient and effective administrative and operational support to internal and external customers. They work collaboratively and take] direction from the Operations Support Officer and Operations Support Manager.

To be successful in this role you need: 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
  • A solution focused way of delivering service to customers
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
  • Advanced computer skills
