About this role

We are looking for a highly motivated Administration Support Officer to be part of our busy Administration Team in the Enterprise Services group.  You will contribute effectively to the smooth running of the day-to-day functions of our National Office, by providing high-quality administrative support services.    

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support services
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Work closely with team members to achieve successful outcomes

Key experience and knowledge

  • Proven work experience as an administration officer or similar role  
  • Good level of computer skills in particular MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Be able to demonstrate effective time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of office processes
